My sister, Joy and I are thinking about trying this alli weight-loss aid and diet plan. We have watched our sister, Ruth lose over 20lbs in the last 2 months with Nutri-System during the week, and the alli pill on the weekend (as well as going to the gym on a regular basis). She looks amazing, and well, let's just say I have once again outgrew my wardrobe. Has anyone else tried the alli pill?

Alli Weight Loss Aid
My sister, Joy and I are thinking about trying this alli weight-loss aid and diet plan. I have heard Alli works, but so does fortitude and restraint (but how would I know? LOL)
Ruth's experience with Nutri-system has been great! She also is practicing restraint... hope she keeps it up!
