It's been a pretty rough week here on the home-front. With Dustin in China (again), I found myself feeling pretty overwhelmed with all the things that were thrown at me. Just when I thought I couldn't go another day, I was gently reminded of the fact that God is in full control. He knows just how much I can handle and where my breaking point is.
Do you ever feel like God is right there with you, holding you in an embrace and telling you that it will be alright? I felt that today. He knew I needed a hug and came right to where I was. He helped me back up to my feet, dusted the burdens off my shoulders and assured me of His presence in my life.
He is the best friend I have ever had.

You don't have to put on a show for me....if you are sad, let me know and I'll try to make you laugh! :) Or just be there for you and let you be sad...we all have those times when we need to just let our true feelings show. It's ok. You were always there for me, and I hope I can return the favor! <3
